I’m an award-winning host, producer, and showrunner who develops ideas from raw concept to chart-topping reality. I report, write, edit, shape, build formats, and lead teams — whatever the show demands. Just as importantly, I build and manage high-performing creative teams that can execute at scale.
Across my career, I’ve personally worked on 7 of the 100 shows named to TIME’s “Best Podcasts of All Time.” My work has earned ASME, Webby, Signal, LA Press Club and AdWeek honors, and countless accolades from critics.
I was a founding producer on breakout franchises at The Ringer, including The Rewatchables, Binge Mode (TIME’s #1 Podcast of 2017), and The Big Picture — helping develop them from early-stage ideas into category leaders with millions of downloads.
At Vox Media, I’ve led award-winning series, including Land of the Giants, and produced standout episodes of Today Explained. I’ve overseen collaborative series with both Spotify and Apple, bringing together teams and partners to deliver ambitious, high-impact storytelling.
Currently, I’m helping spearhead Vox Media’s expansion into video podcasts — launching new formats, building cross-platform strategy, and positioning shows to win on YouTube and beyond.
I launched the network’s first video podcast, Power User with Taylor Lorenz, led the relaunch of Vulture’s Good One into video, and led development of Maria Sharapova’s new video podcast.
In 2025, I reported and hosted a season of Embedded for NPR, along with a companion episode of This American Life — bringing an intimate, deeply personal story to a national audience. The series generated thousands of listener write-ins, millions of downloads, multiple award nominations, and appeared on numerous “best of” lists — including New York Magazine’s #1 Narrative Podcast of 2025, which one critic called “by far the best thing I’ve heard this year.”
I also created and hosted Greetings from Somewhere, an independent travel series praised by Outside as “impeccably made,” and by Podcast Review as a “breakout star of the genre.”
In short: I launch franchises, elevate brands, and tell ambitious stories — whether that means building a show from scratch, reinventing an existing one, or leading teams toward their best work.
When I’m not making podcasts, I’m traveling the world with my new Fujifilm camera, debating movies and sports, or biking around Brooklyn in search of spicy vegetarian food.

Alternate realities
Alternate Realities began as an independently produced funded project that I reported, wrote, and hosted. It’s a deeply personal investigation into conspiracy, belief, and family. The pilot ultimately led to a season with Embedded and a companion episode of This American Life, resulting in an award-nominated, critically acclaimed series.
